Historic Eichler Home

About Goodshow

Born from the challenge of touring historic homes

Goodshow was founded when our founder, Ned, found himself overwhelmed while touring historic Eichler homes in the Bay Area. These mid-century modern masterpieces are architectural treasures, but they're also complex and full of pitfalls.

Which systems are original? What's been upgraded? Can you add central air without destroying the aesthetic? For homes this unique, there are many things you might want to change, but it's hard to know what's easy and what's prohibitively expensive.

Ned realized he needed to ask a lot of questions, hoping the agents would have time to answer them all. But agents can get busy, and not everyone has the depth of experience with specific architectural styles or the bandwidth to field every visitor's questions.

That's when the idea for Goodshow was born. What if the home itself could answer those questions? What if buyers could scan a simple tag and instantly learn about features? What if agents could focus on building rapport instead of repeating the basic info?

"I wanted to fall in love with these homes, not stress about whether I was asking the right questions."

— Ned, Founder

Our Mission

Today, Goodshow is built on a simple belief: every buyer deserves to feel confident, and every agent deserves to focus on what they do best.

We're creating a world where buyers can explore homes at their own pace and get instant answers. Where agents can be more present during showings and build deeper relationships. And where unique properties can tell their own stories.

Whether you're selling a mid-century modern gem or a newly renovated contemporary, Goodshow helps you create an experience that buyers remember.
